  • Multi-tenant assets preferred
  • Non-performing or Sub-performing Loans

Purchase Price up to $35MM (Preferred Range of $2MM to $15MM)

GEOGRAPHY

RealOp seeks out assets throughout the Southeast in markets of 50,000 people or greater in 5-mile radius. In-fill locations, strong demographics, fundamentals and traffic counts all play a part in our decision to purchase. Primary target market locations include:

  • South Carolina: Greenville, Charleston, Columbia, Rock Hill
  • North Carolina: Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville
  • Georgia: Atlanta, Savannah
  • Tennessee: Nashville, Knoxville
  • Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando
